COVID-19 Updates

This page will be updated regularly as the health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority

During these unprecedented times we want to ensure our clients that we are taking precautions and keeping up to date with local government and health advisors. Our number one priority is the well being of our clients and employees. As of July 15th, 2020 Governor Bullock is requiring the use of masks in public areas. We ask all clients to please wear a mask in our office and we will be doing the same. We have also increased our cleaning and are sanitizing the office daily, along with sanitizing the front counter and pens after each use.

We welcome clients into our office and are happy to see you and help you in person, but want to remind everyone of our electronic capabilities in case you do not feel comfortable going into public places. We have a secure online portal for us to electronically receive and send documents. If you have not been set up on our online portal or forgot your username/password, please feel free to call our office and we will get you set up. We also have a lock box in the back of our office for after hours use and a drop box up front, but we ask if you leave information in these to please call and let us know. As usual we can also always take information or send information via fax, mail, or email as well. We are here to accommodate our clients and want to help make our communication processes as easy as possible. As of now, we will still be doing in person meetings for special circumstances, but please remember we can also do meetings over the phone if you are more comfortable with that.
